Sylvia borin Garden Warbler Tuinsanger
A non-breeding summer visitor from the Palearctic, present between Nov and Mar. Very sparsely recorded across the Waterberg and in the surrounding thorn savanna (recorded in 5% of the Waterberg pentads); a skulking species, it occurs solitarily in thickets, its presence mostly detected by hearing its warbling song; probably much overlooked.
